Our training is for peace, not violence, however, you will be able to make a decisive decision to defend your self if needed. Our school maintains a high level of teaching and you are expected to meet our requirements.

Karate is the study of empty hand martial art. Students are taught and required to practice and present the katas according to their rank. The understanding of their presentation along with all basics, building blocks of all self-defense techniques, is an important part of our classes.
