Master Stan Smith has been conducting classes at the Tropicana Resort and Casino in Las Vegas for the last 8 years providing a Traditional Karate Program. The hotel had secured his services based on concerns in regard to the overall health of employees and at that time established programs to increase health awareness. These programs were based on proper nutrition, exercise and positive attitude. Master Smith`s program was an intricate part of the hotel`s overall goal.

Participation in the program rose to a level of 75 employees, which exceeded expectations. Karate, being a self-defense discipline provided the employees with a great deal of self-confidence with an integration of mind, body and spirit. This program was highly successful, yielding dozens of employees who achieved the level of black belt over the tenure of the program.

Please let this letter serve as my sincere recommendation that the Karate Program conducted by Master Stan Smith provided a better quality of life for those individuals who participated and was a positive aspect of working at the hotel. Master Smith is an accomplished technician, a 6th degree black belt in many disciplines, a great instructor and compassionate person. I highly recommend this program to any hotel or organization seeking to enhance the quality of life in the employee`s workplace.
