Adaptability in Training

Our training has evolved, as we all have, in our old way of dealing with daily life, as a result of the pandemic.

Be creative in all aspects, including training martial arts. Social distancing is not a reason to stop training, we just modify.

Just as we are changing the way we shop, the way we meet with friends and acquaintances; change is the adaptability we create to new and different circumstances that are presented to us.
